Smudge is a Whippet – Italian Greyhound cross surrendered by his family after 2 weeks because he took toys away from the toddlers. He came to us 6 months old and over the 8 years he has been with us he’s never had a bad day! He wakes up enthusiastic every morning and guards the perimeter of the yard against marauding squirrels! After learning how to open doors he proved his southern breeding by opening the door for Jillian when it was time to go out! Smudge is an affectionate, smart, on-the-go guy who always takes time to smell the flowers!
